One way to instruct the desk from Consult; every algorithm cites its source

What changed for people using Bellwether

• One path from Consult to Guidance. Telling Consult something the desk should act on shows the same confirmation card as Strategy › Guidance, inline in the thread. The PM's acknowledgement comes back to that thread.
• Quieter console background. A slow ambient layer sits in the page margins only; nothing moves behind text or tables.
• Algorithm sources cited. Each of the 14 algorithm pages names the published method it implements and lists where our version differs.

Known gaps and what’s next

• The ambient layer is too faint at laptop widths; a stronger particle treatment is in progress.
• Four documented algorithm divergences are tracked for a decision on whether to align or keep them.
